Steve has over 30 years’ experience in the property industry, building and facilities management, sales and leasing. One of Steve’s key areas of success is his ability to work with the builders during the crucial defect period in the early stages of a new development. Steve has an excellent ability to communicate at all levels. He has worked very closely with Investec Bank
(Australia) Ltd, with the opening of The Beach House in Bondi.
Steve has extensive experience in the management & running of all types of strata building complexes, both residential and commercial. He works closely with each Strata Committee, Strata Manager and service providers. Steve has very good understanding of all the buildings under his management, to meet the ever-changing requirements of each Owners Corporation.
