Building Management Software System – MYBOS
- MYBOS is the preferred building management software that Green Tower uses to provide a professional communication system between the building’s owners and residents.
- All our clients now realise the value of one building management software program that captures all their buildings details and information.
- MYBOS allows Green Tower to deliver detailed reports to the respective Strata Committees, Strata Managers, Owners and residents as well as track current and outstanding building maintenance and repair issues.
- Transparency across all tasks is heightened and doubling up on communication and or miscommunication is kept to a minimum thereby being able to remain focused on the tasks at hand.
Building & Facilities Management of Multipurpose Mixed-Use Developments
- We currently manage a large number of multipurpose mixed-use building sites
- Our knowledge and expertise cover a myriad of complex and particular requirements on how to manage large mixed-use complexes with multiple strata plans combined with a building management committee as well as commercial/retail shopping services.

Green Tower provide concierge services at a number of buildings throughout Sydney and Wollongong we pride ourselves in selecting the best person for the job and matching staff to the job as well, rather than employ someone just to fill the role, Steve Mueller our director has experience in High-end hotels and this is reflected in the way our concierge team operates.
Cleaning Services
We provide wide range of cleaning services from day to day cleaning of common areas to window cleaning (high rise and low rise), building wash downs, car park cleaning and much more. Our cleaners are Covid-19 compliant.
Gardening Services
We offer a complete gardening service from monthly visits to maintain to regular pruning of trees and disposal of green waste, including gutter cleaning
